Meet Russell Matmon

Russell earned his bachelor's degree at Rutgers University, then pursued his passion by earning his NASM Personal Training Certification. He's trained clients from ages 7 to 82 — all making progress with different goals that they set.

As a competitive powerlifter, Russell currently holds the New Jersey state record for bench press in his weight class sanctioned by the WNPF (World Natural Powerlifting Federation). He brings that same discipline, precision, and commitment to every client, every session.
