PUMP FITNESS

Russell Matmon got his bachelors degree at Rutgers University and decided to continue his education as a fitness professional by obtaining his National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal training certificate. Since becoming a personal trainer, Russell has worked with people of all different ages, ranging from 13 to 82, all with varying goals and capabilities. Russell is passionate about competing in powerlifting competitions and currently holds the New Jersey state record for bench press in his weight class through The WNPF (World Natural Powerlifting Federation). He is extremely passionate about fitness and nutrition and enjoys helping others to better themselves.
