Personal training cost

How Much Does a Personal Trainer Cost?

$1,229
for the full program

At Pump Fitness, $1,229 buys the whole Six-Week Reset: 12 private, one-on-one sessions over six weeks, two sessions a week. $1,229 ÷ 12 = $102.42 — call it about $102 per session. It's one payment, nothing renews automatically, and there's no membership fee or long-term contract behind it.

What the price actually pays for

Four weeks of structure, not just four weeks of sweat

1

Weeks 1–2: Establish

Your coach sets a practical baseline, teaches the movements, and fits two sessions into your week.

2

Week 3: Review

What's changing and what isn't gets looked at here, and the plan gets adjusted before the back half.

3

Weeks 4–6: Build

The work steps up, and you finish with a clear sense of what comes next.

4

Everything around the sessions

Coaching support between visits, plus 10% off Eat Clean Bro prepared meals through Pump's partner code — and all twelve sessions are private, one-to-one coaching, never a shared class.

Who you're paying

A coach, not a card swipe

Every session is run in person by one of Pump's own coaches — Russell Matmon, Nick, Dhwani or Devin. Russell himself is NASM-certified, a Rutgers University graduate, and New Jersey's WNPF state bench press record holder in his weight class. He has coached in Monroe for 15+ years and trained clients from age 7 to 82. Pump Fitness is based at 557 Englishtown Road, Franklin Plaza, Monroe, NJ 08831.

Why per-session prices vary

Five trainers, five different numbers — here's why

Ask around and every personal trainer quotes something different, because a few things move the number: whether the training is one-on-one or part of a group, how experienced the coach is, how many sessions a week you book, and whether you're paying per visit or committing to a full program up front. Pump Fitness keeps that simple on purpose — one coach, one program, one price, decided before you start, not negotiated session by session.

★★★★★

"Russ is super personable and really listens to your goals. I came to him to level up my workouts because I'm too intimidated to use certain equipment alone at the gym. He's patient, knowledgeable, and keeps sessions fun and challenging. Would recommend him 100000%."
